We have worked very hard to be able to offer you a different and very limited product. Here we present our coffee from Vietnam, more precisely from the city of Da la in the province of Lam Dong. Although Vietnam is the second largest producer of coffee in the world, it is still very difficult to find it at our Quebec micro-roasters. This Arabica coffee is produced by a hundred small producers, 30% of which are farms owned and managed by women. Since the farmers do not process the fruit themselves, the coffee cherries are then processed in a washing station in the region. You will be able to enjoy a coffee with a taste of berries, fudge and cocoa.
