Although Vietnam is the second largest producer of coffee in the world, it is still very difficult to find it at our Quebec micro-roasters. This Arabica coffee is produced by a hundred small producers, 30% of which are farms owned and managed by women. Since the farmers do not process the fruit themselves, the coffee cherries are then processed in a washing station in the region. You will be able to enjoy a coffee with a taste of berries, fudge and cocoa.
